Release from the Himes family -
After a long year with the passing of Dave, the Himes family has decided not to continue at Muncie Dragway.
"We have enjoyed our time with all of you. Dave's dream was to make Muncie Dragway "Nothing but the Best" and we fully believe that he was successful. Unfortunately, it has been too difficult without him to continue. We, however, have complete faith in Kevin & Susan White going forward and, with their efforts, we know that it will continue on. We would like to thank all the racers, sponsors, employees and fans that have supported us, especially this past year. All of you will be missed. We hope everyone has a safe and happy 2012 season!" BANQUET - SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 11TH
In lieu of a banquet this year, we will have a "Get Acquainted" meeting on February 11th. Bunker Hill's banquet is Feb 18th and we want to give racers the chance to attend. Time and place of this meeting will be determined and announced soon.Please keep checking the website. At the meeting we will be offering ten (10) Gold Cards per class for purchase at a reduced price of $800 S/P, $700 Pro, $450 Sportsman. If there are more than 10 per class at the meeting that wish to take advantage of this GREAT offer, we will have a lottery drawing. Snacks and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided.
We look forward to meeting everyone and answering questions or concerns. We also appreciate your support of the Muncie Dragway for the 2012 season and want to wish each racer a heartfelt "Good-Luck" for success.
